Concepción Tutuapa (Spanish pronunciation: [konseβˈsjon tuˈtwapa]) is a town and municipality in the San Marcos department of Guatemala. It had a population of 49,363 according to the census of 2002 and of the 2018 census there is a total population of 68,148.
